B2B Sales Representative — Bookkeeping Services

Balanced On Time Books is seeking a consultative B2B Sales Representative to develop relationships with small-business owners and introduce them to our bookkeeping services. This person will identify prospective clients, conduct discovery conversations, understand each business’s bookkeeping needs, explain the services we can provide, follow up with prospects, and convert qualified opportunities into new clients. The representative will also ensure that newly signed clients receive an organized handoff to the bookkeeping team. The ideal candidate communicates confidently with business owners, listens carefully, follows through consistently, and can sell based on value rather than pressure. Previous B2B sales, professional-services sales, or small-business experience is preferred.
