What this site collects
This site collects information only when it’s entered directly into one of its forms — nothing is collected passively.
Get a Callback (Contact page)
Company name, industry, contact name, phone number, email address, annual revenue range, a preferred callback window, and a description of services desired.
Job applications (Careers & Apply pages)
Name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile (optional), a resume file, work-authorization and age-eligibility answers, sponsorship needs, availability, and any note volunteered in the optional background-check field.
How it’s used
Information submitted through the Contact page is used only to return the call or email requested and follow up about bookkeeping services. Information submitted through a job application is used only to evaluate that application and follow up about the position. Neither is used for marketing unrelated to what was asked for, and neither is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except a background-check provider where a candidate has moved forward in a hiring process and consented to a background check.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are emailed directly to Balanced On Time Books and are not published anywhere on the site. Uploaded resumes are stored outside the site’s public web folder, are not reachable by a direct link, and require an admin login to view or download.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising scripts, or analytics that identify individual visitors.
