Bookkeeping Operations Manager

Balanced On Time Books is seeking a Bookkeeping Operations Manager to oversee client service, bookkeeping quality, and the daily performance of the bookkeeping team. The manager will assign and monitor client work, review completed bookkeeping for accuracy, enforce monthly deadlines, balance employee workloads, resolve client-service problems, coach team members, document operating procedures, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency. The manager will also monitor service capacity and help leadership determine when additional bookkeepers should be hired. The ideal candidate has substantial hands-on bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online, experience reviewing the work of others, and the ability to maintain high standards while communicating expectations clearly.
