Talent Acquisition Specialist

Balanced On Time Books is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build a capable, dependable team as the company grows. This person will develop candidate pipelines, publish and maintain job advertisements, review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate later-stage interviews, maintain accurate recruiting records, and provide candidates with timely communication throughout the hiring process. The role will work closely with company leadership to understand each opening and evaluate candidates against consistent, job-related criteria. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable speaking with a wide range of applicants, and capable of exercising sound judgment without relying solely on résumés or credentials.
